Anas Al-Sabbagh, DDS | Board Certified Periodontist

Dr. Al-Sabbagh became a periodontist because he is passionate about gum health and improving his patients’ lives through their smiles. He strives to provide patients with the highest quality clinical care in the most calming and comfortable environment. Dr. Al-Sabbagh’s mission is to take care of both the smile and the person behind it.

As our in-office periodontist, Dr. Al-Sabbagh typically sees patients on Thursdays. He focuses on specialized periodontal care, including performing all dental implant surgeries. Once the implant has healed, Dr. Callahan completes the restoration process, ensuring a seamless and collaborative approach to patient care.

Education

Dr. Al-Sabbagh is board certified in Periodontology and Dental implant surgery. He completed his specialty training in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at NYU College of Dentistry. He also earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from NYU College of Dentistry and completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Staten Island Hospital.

Beyond the Office

Dr. Al-Sabbagh grew up in North Carolina, where he attended NC State University. He currently lives in Alexandria with his wife and son. Outside of the clinic, you can find Dr. Al-Sabbagh exploring the D.C. museums, culinary scene, and bike trails.

Scheduling

Dr. Al-Sabbagh visits our office three times each month, and offers same day treatment if applicable.

He is available most Thursdays to see patients for periodontic evaluations, gum surgeries, and dental implant procedures.
